- We request a date/time that is exclusively for picture day with no practices or games scheduled during this time. We request that all teams come to an indoor location to have their pictures taken. This helps to provide the best pictures by having consistent lighting.
- Leagues help promote picture day by emailing/texting parents info that we provide.
- Parents are directed to our website to register their child(ren) and prepay the session fee.
- All athletes will be photographed, but only those who prepaid will receive their digital images.
- We photograph athletes in both traditional team pose and individual poses in about 10 minutes or less per team. Most leagues with up to 300 athletes can be photographed in under 4 hours.
- Images are placed on multiple backgrounds with hundreds of other options for parents to select from.
- We provide rebates to your league based on sales.
